向客户建议起诉 VIA REGULAR INTERNATIONAL MAIL & TELEFAX May 18, 2005 Ms. Grace M. Folen 123 Oak Street Hometown, Virginia 30012 U.S.A. Re: Status Report Dear Ms. Folen: This letter is to let you know about the current status of our negotiations with Junrui Import Corporation. As you know, we’ve been negotiating with Junrui Import Corporation for weeks. Unfortunately, the company will not offer you any more than $5,000.00 as a settlement to your injury. Consequently, it now appears impossible to settle the matter without the help of the People’s Court. Therefore, I think the best way to proceed would be to file a lawsuit. In doing so, we still bear a risk of losing the case. Chance of our losing the case, however, is below 50 percent. We have got a fairly strong case. Our next step will be to file a complaint for you. The draft of the complaint will be finished within a week, and will be sent to you for your correction and approval. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Very truly yours, ZHANG, WANG & LEE Yuan Tang, Esq.
