REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY
I, Cindy W. Woo, of 222 Pine Street, South San Francisco, California 50141, the
United States of America, hereby revoke the Durable Financial Power of Attorney,
which was executed by me on November 26, 2004, and which appointed Zhang,
Wang & Lee, L.L.P., of the above listed address, as my agent. Said agent no longer
has authority to act on my behalf in any matter. This revocation is effective
immediately.
