Re: Payment Past Due.
Dear Debtor:
Please be advised that this firm represents China Export Group in regard to your
outstanding balance of USD $1,090,000.00 owed to our client.
I understand that you and our client had come to an amicable agreement whereby
you would pay China Export Group a total of USD $1,000,000.00: USD $200,000.00 in
good faith money up front and USD $800,000.00 to be paid in even monthly
installments until February 2006, at which time the entire amount was to be retired.
Recognizing that these are difficult times and for the sake of friendship, China Export
Group has been more than fair, patient and cooperative with regard to the payment
of your outstanding balance. To date, however, with the exception of the USD
$200,000.00, China Export Group has not received any payments.
Please regard this letter as a demand for prompt payment of the USD $800,000.00
owed and promised to our client. If this office does not receive the full amount by
June 1, 2005 we will have no choice but to enforce our claim for the ENTIRE
amount of your debt without any further notice or demand.
I sincerely hope and expect that you do not ignore your obligation to China Export
Group, and act responsibly in this matter.
