Re: Eagle Trade, Inc. et al v. Duck Trading Co., Ltd.
Dear Mr. Smith:
Please allow this to confirm that the mediation has been scheduled for Wednesday,
June 6, at 10:00 a.m. at the Law Offices of Baker & Barber, 7 E. Broad Street, New
York, New York 11202. This mediation, as many others, could take all day, so
please come prepared to stay all day, and do not make any other plans for later in the
day. There will be periods of time when the defendant representative and his lawyer
will be meeting alone with the judge and we will simply be sitting and waiting for our
own turn to do the same. Please feel free to dress comfortably, and bring any snacks,
refreshments, or reading material you might want as well as any medication you may
need to take during the day.
If you like, we can meet beforehand to discuss what we can expect at the mediation,
although this is not necessary, as we will have plenty of time to confer privately
during the mediation itself. Please let me know whether you would like to meet
beforehand and, if so, whether you would like to do it the morning of the mediation or
some other day.
