Stage 1

   Asking name and place of origin

     May i have your full name please?

     - My name is Hou Wenlin.

     How can i call you?

     - You can call me by may English name Owen.

     May i see your identification?

     - Sure, here you are.

     Could you tell me where you are from?

     - I`m from Yunnan,one of the most beautiful place to live in in the south of China.

    Asking personal information of the past. 

      Where did you graduate？

     - I graduated at BFSU.

       Were you born in Beijing?

     - No, i was born in Yunnan. I moved to Beijing when iwas 14 years old.

      When did you start work there In Lenovo?

     - I started work there in 1998.

   Asking about personal information at present. 

     What do you do for a living?

     - I`m an English interpreter of a company in Beijing.

      What do you do when you are not working?

     - I usually just spend my time at home and  wathching TV show for the whole day.

      What do you do in your spare time?

     - I enjoy doing sports and going out with my GF.

    Asking about duration

      How long have you lived here in Beijing?

     - Ah, i`ve beening living here for 14 years.

      How often do you do the sports?

     - I do it at least twice a week.  

    Asking about preferences

     Which do you prefer? Your hometown or Beijing?

     - I prefer my hometown. Everything there is cool and i have many friends there。

      Which place did you enjoy working?

     - I think i enjoy working in Beijing more.

    Asking about changes

     How have you changed in the last 5 years? 

     - I think i have become more confident about myself than i used to be.

    Asking breif opinions

      What`s your impression of Beijing so far?  

      - I think it`s very beautiful city but i don`t like the traffic here.

       What do you think of Internet romance？

      - I think it`s just some kind of entertainment, which helps you relax,happy, nothing serious.

    Asking about plans

     What will you do after you graduate?

    - After i graduate, i will come back to China and work in joint venture.

    Asking about possibilites

     What will you do if you can find a job?    

     - If i can find a job, I`ll probably take some classes at college.

      If you are offered an opportunity to work over there will you take it?

     - If i`m offered a good job, I`ll probably take it without any question.

      What`s the chance that you may just decide to stay there?

     - Well there`s some chance, but i don`t think it`s feasible.

    Asking to speculate or anticipate events

    What o you think you`ll be doing after you graduate?

    - I hope i will be running my own company by then.

     If you do get a job, what do you think you might be doing in 4 or 5 years?

    - I hope i can move up the ladder instead of staying in the same post.
